The word yoga means union and energy yoga positions allow the body to unite with spirit and act as an antenna to receive the "photons" of a given energy and given characteristic, to provide a given effect each time they are practiced.
Energy yoga strengthens and tones the body unleashing an endless amount of energy and stamina, balances and stabilizes the emotions to create an even temperament, and clears the mind providing focus and clarity. All this combined invigorates the spirit and allows for a deeper sense of self.
With great financial pressures, often both the adult members in a family have to work. Amidst the complexity of our lives, we seldom find time, priority or inclination to use relaxation techniques alongside our fitness regimen. Without such tecniques however, our bodies become drained of vital energy, emotions fluctuate and the mind works overtime. This in turn slowly disconnects us from spirit.
